How do I get my Director Packet?

You will recieve an email with detailed information from our director of operations
Check in at the festival headquarters upon arrival for your "day of" director packet

Where can I find information about performances?

Detailed information about all Shazz performances, venues and guest artists can be found on our website. Additional information can be found in your director packet.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Accepted Answer

For the Finale Concert, yes. However, with limited seating for each performance, shows might sell out. The box office is open one hour before show time at the event venue.

Can I take photos or videos?

Accepted Answer

Yes! However, there is no flash photography permitted at any Shazz performance.
Directors will recieve access to a google drive with their performance recordings and group photos.

Can I bring food/drinks into the venue?

Accepted Answer

Concessions are available during the day at Shazz. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the performance areas or during the Finale Concert.
