The Box Office will be at the event venue. It will open one hour prior to the performance start time. At the Box Office you can buy tickets to Shazz events. Please note that ticket prices increase one hour prior to performances, and day-of tickets are only available if space permits.

For the Shazz Finale Concert, seating is "first come, first seated." Exceptions include: • Attending schools and students have reserved/assigned seating • Handicap areas are reserved for those who may need them

No, we ask that ticket holders respect our “no saved seating” policy. Please refrain from saving more than one seat for a friend or companion. If we find that you have saved more than 2-3 seats, we will ask you to move your belongings and free the seats for other guests.

For the Finale Concert, yes. However, with limited seating for each performance, shows might sell out. The box office is open one hour before show time at the event venue.

Finale Concert tickets are refundable up to 100% until March 3, 2018.

Yes! However, there is no flash photography permitted at any Shazz performance.

Concessions are available during the day at Shazz. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the performance areas or during the Finale Concert.
